Unwind the Spine
Unwind the Spine is a Hatha yoga class that focuses on slow conscious movements, breathwork and stretches to realign the entire spine; including the neck, low back and hips. This class will help to “undo” the daily stresses the body endures. You will leave with a more supple body and a relaxed mind.

Hatha Yoga-Boost Your Back
Boost your Back combines yoga, breathwork and physical therapy techniques to increase stability of the spine and hips. This class will help you strengthen deep abdominal muscles in a safe, approachable way while stretching those tight, achy areas that hold you back.

The Tr.uCore Method
The Tr.uCore Method is a specialized core muscle assessment, education and strengthening program created for the already established athlete, the beginner exerciser, and anyone in pain, especially in the hip or back region. It can alleviate pain and make fitness programs more productive.

Yoga for Low Back Health
Whether you suffer from low back pain, or just want to prevent future injury, this workshop can help. Join Lorie Lowenthal (PTA, E-RYT 200) and learn the importance of strengthening core muscles to support the low back. You will learn and practice techniques to do this in a safe, supportive way. In addition, we will cover effective stretching techniques, and how breathwork can help ease muscle tension. This will all be presented through a yoga class style format paired with a brief information session to present basic principles and answer any questions.
