About Functional Yoga Coaching

Functional Yoga Coaching sessions combine Physical Therapy techniques with classic Hatha Yoga instruction. These sessions provide a personalized approach to help people achieve their wellness goals. About Lorie

Practicing since 1997 and teaching yoga since 2009, Lorie focuses on creating greater strength and mobility in the spine and hips, therapeutic exercise coaching, and helping people recover from injuries. In addition to her 200 hour yoga certification, Lorie is a Physical Therapist Assistant, and specializes in combining physical therapy with yoga to help people achieve their wellness goals. Guiding clients on their journey to healing and improving their health motivates all that she does.
