Unwind the Spine
Unwind the Spine is a Hatha yoga class that focuses on slow conscious movements, breathwork and stretches to realign the entire spine; including the neck, low back and hips. This class will help to “undo” the daily stresses the body endures. You will leave with a more supple body and a relaxed mind.

Hatha Yoga-Boost Your Back
Boost your Back combines yoga, breathwork and physical therapy techniques to increase stability of the spine and hips.  This class will help you strengthen deep abdominal muscles in a safe, approachable way while stretching those tight, achy areas that hold you back.

Yoga 1

This class focuses on foundational yoga poses with the opportunity to challenge oneself throughout class. Students are introduced to correct form, breathing techniques, and modifications for poses.

Tr.uCore Method Workshops

The Tr.uCore Method is a specialized core muscle assessment, education and strengthening program created for the already established athlete, the beginner exerciser, and anyone in pain, especially in the hip or back region. It can alleviate pain and make fitness programs more productive.

Increasing Strength & Mobility in the Spine

This 2-part course combines yoga and physical therapy techniques to prevent, or help alleviate, pain and stiffness in the back, hips, neck and shoulders. You will learn to target core muscles for strengthening and how to do effective stretching techniques. This will be paired with breath exercises to encourage relaxation and stress relief.
